The TPG Difference
When you walk into The Proving Ground CrossFit, you will be provided with the exact workout you will perform that day. You will receive specialized coaching on the methods and techniques we use during the course of each training session. There is no guesswork.
Very few sessions will be identical. You will learn the intricacies of natural human movement at your own pace. Our goal is to make you fitter for the demands of everyday life, not just the artificial confines of the gym. Our methods for achieving this objective include (but are not limited to) the following:
•Olympic style weightlifting/Powerlifting
•Running, walking, carrying
•Bodyweight movements (i.e. push-ups, pull-ups, etc.)
You do not need to be fit to join us. All of the movements we teach are scalable. We coach competitive athletes and people who haven’t exercised in years. We meet you where you are and give you the education, support and encouragement to improve dramatically. You will be hard pressed to find the camaraderie we have at The Proving Ground CrossFit in a traditional gym setting. We believe a sense of community is as vital to your health as your ability to physically perform.
